Shandong and Thai Purple are HERE!

The waiting is over for two of our most beautiful varieties! We pulled our Shan Dong and Thai Purple last night. They will be ready to ship in about a week.


The Shandong variety: From China’s Shandong province. Maintains good garlic flavor baked. Raw, it is fast acting and flaming hot.


The Thai Purple variety: Attractive purple blush on bulb wrappers. Light reddish mahogany cloves skins. Produces delicate tingle on tongue when tasted raw. Originally purchased in Bangkok market almost a hundred years ago.
